Hello. My name is Jane Johnson, Certified Coach and Founder of Aspect Coaching. I am also the founder of the International Life Purpose Institute. I am so excited to be coaching. For many years I have had a passion for self development and seeing people develop their true potential.

Coaching people both in the business area and privately has given me a firm commitment about the value of coaching, as I have seen how people have benefited from one on one support.

I have a very pragmatic, results driven approach, focusing clearly on the goals of my clients, developing a motivating plan of action. I also combine this with a supportive compassionate approach to encourage self-belief.

As a graduate in Commerce, I began my professional life, training as a Chartered Accountant with one of the top firms Price Waterhouse Coopers, but quickly discovered that people were my passion. For 5 years I worked as a Learning and Development Manager, HR Manager and Trainer. My recent experience in the last 6 years has been in self- employment as a Coach, Coach Trainer, recognised "Investor in People" Advisor, L&D Consultant, and Trainer in Self Development. Running a number of my own businesses over the past 10 years has also given me experience in small business management. 

I am the Founder and Director of the International Life Purpose Institute (formerly Australian Life Purpose Institute) and am on the Board of the International Biblical Coach Foundation.  I have trained with the International Coaching Academy to become an Associate Certified Coach using the competencies of the International Coaching Federation.

I have worked with a variety of clients both in industry, personally, in the community sector and in small business. I have worked with clients such as World Vision, Entrenous, CBMI, Esanda Fleet Partners, a variety of Coaches and individuals at both Senior and Middle Management level.

I have been purely coaching since August 2003. I specialise in helping professionals and leaders achieve significant goals in their business, workplace or ministry; helping executives get clarity around their career direction and develop personal skills to perform better. My area of expertise in training is in clarifying life purpose, goal setting and self-esteem, having run many workshops and trained as a facilitator for a number of large institutions including the Pacific Institute and the Mars Venus Institute.

I believe in living life to the full and taking risks to make an impact on the world. Some of my achievements in the past include:-

• Gaining an International People and Management award for 3 companies.
• Founding my own consulting, training and coaching practice.
• Various Leadership and Mentoring Roles on a Voluntary basis.
• Founding various networks and new ministries.
• Instigating many new ideas in business, the community and ministry.
• Gaining significant qualifications in my field.
• Working with street children in Peru.
• Having a portfolio of properties and shares to gain financial freedom.

My post graduate qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Training and Development, a Professional Diploma in HR and a Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.

Originally from England, I am 45 years of age, married with 2 teenage sons, living in Melbourne, Australia.

Background
Nicole is Director of Creative Connections Life Coaching.  In addition to being an active corporate and personal coach, Nicole is the lead coach trainer at the Life Coaching Institute of Australia, has sat on the Leadership team of the International Coach Federation,  provides career coaching mentoring to senior students of Monash Graduate School of Business and lectures at the Centre for Small Business and Management at Box Hill Institute. 
 
Prior to establishing her own company, Nicole spent over 10 years in the corporate world, working across large logistics, telecommunications and financial services businesses.  She has a highly successful track record in the areas of Change Management consultant helping leaders of large organisations make the most out of their people during times of transition and change.

Nicole works with people ready for positive changes; who want a life without regrets.  She works with middle to senior executives, teams, professionals, people starting up a business or wanting to work smarter.   Nicole loves working with anyone who is truly committed to moving forward and really getting what they want out of life.
